The spacious rotunda lobby has seating areas, the front desk is near the entrance with a package room close by.
There is a laundry area with washers and dryers on every floor of the building.
Some other common areas of the building include a lounge with impressive views of the East River, a fitness center, pool and deck on the roof of the building open seasonally.
