Steven Corcoran Real Estate has been in business since 1994. Since that time, most of our focus has been centered on Tudor City.  This an area I have always felt is one of the best values in the NYC market, as well as one of the most pleasant places to live.

There is literally no other neighborhood that provides a quiet small town atmosphere centered in Manhattan. There are 10 co-op buildings here, each a separate co-op corporation with it's own policies as well as character. The buildings differ in terms of size, subletting, pets, guests, amenities and other aspects.

Helping those new to the area determine which buildings best suit their purposes is a primary function. We quickly identify and show the group of buildings and apartments that match one's requirements in a short conversation.
